Dr. Caglar Koylu is an Assistant Professor of GIScience in Geographical and Sustainability Sciences and a cluster faculty at Informatics Initiative (UI3) at the University of Iowa. At UI3, he plays an active role in teaching, research and service for the Geoinformatics subtrack.
